ZÁRATE IS RACIST…
By: Ben | March 5th, 2009
Racist…if he believes that all members of a race possess qualities specific to that race…and he gave me this damned flu I’ve been kicking around for the past week…if he had passed the flu along to anyone according to the “six degrees of separation” the filthy bastard that had me inhale flu-ish sputum had in some manner passed the Zárate Flu along to me and the simple fact that I am a Japanese American in turn leads me to believe Zárate could quite possibly be racist against Asians OR maybe not…
He could have in fact dedicated each goal of his double against Bologna towards the spread of bird flu in the Asian nation OR he could have been motivated to lay destruction upon Bologna because the rossoblu had once housed the Eastern talents of the great Hidetoshi Nakata OR then again maybe not…
Whatever may have happened may not have happened and the other way around and if it had in fact happened in another fashion maybe it would not have happened at all, here lies the mystery and fantasy of life! Zarate is so hot right now he has his own brand of flu…and maybe he purposely had planted flu agents around the globe in order to infect a large MAJORITY and in turn bring in the dollars by off-loading ZARATE brand flu vaccinations from the MINORITY of those whom can afford his outlandish prices…OR yet again maybe NOT…but who knows?
Does this man seem like the man motivated by racial pandemic influences…or by the pure natural hunger for sport that of say a TIGER that is incredibly hungry for goals or a HORSE hungry for straw or a BEAST hungry for sustenance…who KNOWS?
This post is indeed late however I have the excuse of the flu and a whirlwind five day journey back to the homeland and work.
This Sunday arrive the red hot Blucerchiati and that damned psychopath, pock marked, pig faced, mouth covering conversationalist (as if he were conversing about anything besides fornication, football, or porcupines) Cassano and that newly rejuvenated Pazzini. We will need miracles.

Miracles, really? It’s true that they’re red-hot, coming off of their 3-0 victory against Inter, but betting odds apparently favor us. We’re home, we’ll be loud and aggressive, and hopefully, Di Vaio is hungry to finish something. I was thinking that Genoa would be the next important match for this club, but with the relegation zone so close, every point counts. Bought my tickets yesterday, so let’s hope that Sampdoria have tired themselves out and that the teams below us stay quiet. Forza Bologna!

Hahaha! Ciao, Ben! I was struggling to find (in English OR Italian) a quality Bologna blog through Google a few weeks ago, and then stumbled upon The Offside, which I’ve been checking several times a day since. I love the site, and actually was thinking of offering to help update it, since you’ve been busy, and I’ve been needing updates. I’m actually Italian-American, so I’m sorry if that disappoints you, but I have been studying in Bologna since September, quindi… si’, parlo Italiano, e si, vivo nella propria citta’, con una famiglia bolognese. I’ve become quite a big fan of BFC since I’ve been here, but have only recently started going to games (besides the Fiorentina-Praha games I went to while living there in August), and have become quite a proud fan – I’m going to as many home games as I can until I head home in June! I’ll definitely be taking my BFC pride home with me, where your blog (as well as online streams) will help me keep up with the club. Really looking forward to the pre-game report, and to the game (I’m sitting on the curva) – if you need motivation going forward, just know that I’m waiting for the latest post!
