Hey Ben – can we get some kind of midsummer market recap on Bologna? I keep checking the blog for some kind of update, and while I’m sure you’re busy, I feel like the other blogs are more active, and I’d love to know what’s going on with the team, if you have any news. Then again, Bologna isn’t the most active team in the market this summer…

Anyways, good to see that your ok. Congrats on being able to stay on Serie A. Next season will be much much tougher for all teams, as the newly promoted teams all look quite ready and good to compete in Serie A.

Thanks for the commentary and for all of your posts, Ben – Hope to see some movement in the transfer market. At the very least, we know (according to President Menarini) that Di Vaio will sign for next year and stay with the club. Great, great news.

I was at the game (and post-game celebrations) yesterday, and it was quite insane. I’m mad that Di Vaio didn’t win capocannoniere, but at least he was in the race until the very last match. Looking forward to following BFC for another year, and I hope that they can really beef up the defense (and the rest of the field) for next season.
